Baby Neptune Is the eleventh Baby Einstein video that is hosted by Neptune the turtle.It was released on March 18th, 2003, and was later re-released in 2009.

Some scenes from this video appear in the discovery kit Neptune's oceans.

This is the first and only video to include Neptune The Turtle.

Stock footage of Baby Noah is used.

Water Music No. 3, "Gigue" plays in the DVD menu, but a key lower, in F Major.

Some of the footage shown was filmed at the Colorado Ocean Journey Aquarium, now known as the Downtown Aquarium, in Denver, Colorado. The other parts are footage from National Geographic.

The bonus feature video is a 13-minute long video called Aquarium, with some of the footage from the movie, filmed at the Colorado Ocean Journey Aquarium. It is set to Water Music No. 1, Passepied (Handel); Water Music, Harlequinade (Telemann), Claire de Lune (Debussy), Water Music No. 1, Air (Handel), and Pachelbel's Canon in D Major (Pachelbel).
